龙眼杞子戚风蛋糕



来看看切开了。。。。。






这粒蛋糕发得还很满意!


这道蛋糕我已做过好几轮了,只是觉得这一轮做了比较像样。
其实这粒蛋糕是朋友的亲戚订的。
正在坐月子的她,没有陪月婆。。。
有一餐没一餐地坐月子,哪里可以这样的????
于是,就跟我订了这道坐月蛋糕囖!
这次我有放糙米粉,这粒蛋糕好香哦!
这是我第一次做的请按

材料A:
50g龙眼干,切小粒
25g 杞子
100g 滚水
6粒蛋黄
30g 糖
80g 粟米油

材料B:
6 粒蛋白
70g 幼糖

材料C:
100g 低筋面粉,过筛
★30g 糙米粉
5g 发粉
50g 廊酒/糯米酒

做法:
1.龙眼和杞子加入滚水泡软。
2.蛋黄加入糖打发,加入龙眼、杞子、粟米油和水拌匀。
3.用另外一个干净的搅拌盆放入蛋白和糖打发。
4.打发的蛋黄、蛋白和粉类交叉式的拌匀,最后加入廊酒拌匀。
5.将面糊倒入24cm的戚风模里,以175℃烤40-45分钟至熟。
6.取出,倒扣放置至冷却才取出蛋糕。

    你蛮会做那些坐月子的料理耶,下次坐月子可以找你做些特别的,不用每餐都一样。。呵呵!!

  2. I've made this during my sister's confinement.. but I found that the cake was soft but too wet.
    I replaced 糙米粉 with flour.. May i know how does 糙米粉 looks like? What's the egg size you used for this cake? Thanks

    我不会做坐月子的理料,
    我只是收集了几本月子书吧了

  5. Thanks for the photo upload. I don't think I can get it here.. ingredients are limited in kuching.

    Probably I should reduce the egg size in my next attempt...

    maybe u try to buy cosway RM 9.90(500g)大概
    egg size is L size
